The onset of winter in the Stubai Valley and the first snow of the season is already here. The Stubai Glacier will surprise you with its excellent conditions as early as October. All other ski areas such as the Schlick 2000 in Fulpmes, the 11er lift in Neustift and the Serlesbahnen Mieders will be open from the end of November/beginning of December, depending on the snow conditions.

The beauty of the mountain world need not be intuited, it is openly visible at first sight. The treasures of nature are hidden all over the valley and are often close by, without having to climb steep cliffs and overcoming great differences in altitude.

Water falls, high alpine moors, mountain lakes, meadows and viewing sites are no less impressive than the high mountains in the Stubaital and are just as important to the people in the valley.
